Prerequisites for All AirCard Workflows
Whether you are installing AirCard for the first time or designing advanced card skins, ensure you have the following equipment prepared:
- A Supported Mac: An Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel-based Mac running macOS Ventura, Sonoma, or Sequoia.
- A Certified USB Data Cable: Use an official Apple or MFi-certified USB cable. Avoid charging-only cables that lack internal data wires.
- An Unlocked iPhone: Your iPhone must be unlocked with its passcode when connecting so that the cryptographic "Trust This Computer" handshake can succeed.
- Prepared PNG Graphics: Images for custom card artwork should be formatted as sRGB PNGs with an approximate 1.586 : 1 ratio (1125 × 708 px).
