Our Core Mission
Open-source utilities often provide immense technical power but lack beginner-friendly installation guides, structured troubleshooting workflows, and clear explanations of system boundaries. Our mission is to bridge this gap by transforming scattered GitHub issues, source commits, and pull requests into cohesive, accessible guides.
Our Editorial & Verification Principles
- Evidence-Based Reporting: Every technical statement, system requirement, and troubleshooting solution published on this site is verified against the upstream repository (
github.com/Mak5er/AirCard), official Apple documentation, or reproducible community testing. - No Fabricated Content: We never generate fictional version numbers, untested binary hashes, or speculative bug fixes. If a technical problem has no verified solution, we present it as an open investigation rather than a definitive fix.
- Safety & Source Integrity: We do not repackage, re-host, or mirror software binaries. All download references link directly to official upstream GitHub Releases. We firmly advocate against downloading unverified executable files claiming to be AirCard for Windows.
- Transparent Independence: We make our independent status unmistakable across every page. We are not Mak5er, and we are not Apple Inc.
